He must have released this as a warning to protestors, that he intends to take commander-in-chief of the Judiciary similar to the Police and the Military. It was only a few months ago Diana Saeed was hailed a hero for making the SAARC annual conference held in the Maldives one of the most colourful as well as successful one.
Diana a Lawyer by trade hurried to criticise Dictator Nasheed’s take-over of the Judiciary and his ordering of the Military to arrest, summon hold in solitary confinement Judges of the Judiciary as well as opposition politicians.
When president Nasheed got the Military to kidnap Judge Abdulla Saeed and hold him in solitary confinement against his will without access to lawyers in a Military base, Diana criticised the government and a day later she resigned.
Tonight according to her she was sitting peacefully participating in the protest, without uttering a word when the Military jumped her and unceremoniously arrested her.
Isn’t it time the international community stop this man’s runaway madness.
The country has been systematically landed into anarchy through creative chaos instigated implemented by Dictator Nasheed with his arrest of Judges, politicians. People are getting arrested, beaten up, and summoned on orders of the Dictator. It is stated that even tonight various leading members from the opposition were beaten up so badly, after taken into custody, straightaway, they were taken to hospital in critical condition by ambulances, one of them include Maaz Saleem.
Police officer in charge of arrest refused to make any more arrests because of the force used by the Military that conducted the arrests.
It was said that army officers wearing balaclavas inflicted a lot of injuries on protestors. Some people suspected them to be paramilitary force consisting of ruling MDP activists that were responsible for beating up and putting fire to journalists like Sandhaanu Ahamaidhee, and mistakenly one of their own from MNBC1 who is still fighting for his life in intensive care.
Diana’s arrest and the degrading punishment this woman who gave and gave to Dictator Nasheed until she resigned a few days ago shows that this mad runaway Dictatorship has to be stopped by all mean/methods possible and it has to be done by the international community, as domestically he had changed Maldives not only into a Police or Military state but a terrorist state, with the Military Police and his activists, on the attack, with dangerous weapons.

The Maldivian President or more like Dictator Nasheed who passed himself as a peace loving democratic crusader fooled the international community and even from the start used terrorist attacks to come to power. In November 3rd 1988 he and his family were behind a coup that imported foreign Mercenaries that killed 20 innocent Maldivians in the process.
Similarly in 1991 he tried to bomb Dharubaaruge in the Capital where the SAARC Leaders were to participate in the annual SAARC conference.
He incited violence and many times knives, swords, and logs were discovered in the ruling party headquarters MDP Haruge during the initial days when political parties were established and he wanted to get rid of President Maumoon.
Who would have though this man will continue his cheap but dangerous tricks as President of Maldives? But he hired a boat full of logs, knives and other dangerous equipment’s to kill attack opposition protestors who have been protesting in the Capital for the 8th night in a row due to Dictator Nasheed’s illegal arrest of Judge Abdulla and opposition Politicians like Dr Jameel.
In the name of marking the national day he fled the Capital yesterday and at the ruling party MDP’s office, there were thugs waiting to launch the attack. Protestors were attacked with huge logs of wood and knives, before the Police can cease the boat filled with dangerous objects. In the process the MDP thugs that included every Minister in the Cabinet and every MP (all of them share similar backgrounds; one or the other like drug use, violent criminal pasts’ excessive us of alcohol and porn making).
There is a higher power present everywhere Almighty Allah; even though Dictator thinks he is the highest power and can do whatever he likes in Maldives and can get away with it; which he has so far. Therefore the MDP punters thinking that the first journalist they saw belonged to rival TV channel VTV ended up beating a journalist that worked for their own Propaganda machine MNBC one. They beat him up until the Military came and stopped them. His arms were broken and he was bleeding from the various blows delivered on by the ruling party thugs. They also electrocuted him. But the Crony military did not arrest any of the ruling party thugs although they kept their assault on the opposition protestor’s right in front of their eyes. They even beat up a woman. Several opposition protestors were also badly injured by the ruling party thugs…
The ruling party assailants that resorted to terrorist attacks and violence to come to power still follow the same method even in power. Dictator Nasheed is a failure and has been ruling with the help of the Military illegally putting everyone that pose a challenge to him behind bars… How long are they going to inflict their assault on the Maldivian people before we say enough is enough?

Local newspaper Haveeru stated that a case was submitted to the ICC International Criminal Court at the Hague sometime during this morning. It stated that
“19 Lawyers submitted a case to the ICC against the continued detention of Judge Abdulla as it is in clear violation of the International Convention on Protection of all Persons against Enforced Disappearance”. Haveeru stated that the lawyers have said, ““enforced disappearance” of Judge Abdulla Mohamed would be investigated by the ICC’s prosecutor.The whereabouts of Judge Abdulla had been disclosed to the family close to 48 hours after his arrest by MNDF. He has been detained in the MNDF training facility in Kaafu Atoll Girifushi.MNDF has come under heavy criticism after refusing to comply with a High Court and Supreme Court order for the release of Judge Abdulla Mohamed”.
The Judiciary has been under attack since the day Dictator Nasheed came to power. Many times over the three years he has been in power; he got his top officials including his Party Chairperson Maria, Vice Chairperson Reeko Moosa to attack Judges at the Judiciary. Many times such attacks were led by the President and at such times they have taken law into their hands. Ones the President ordered the Military to lock the doors of the Supreme Court and the Judiciary barricading access to it for days and bringing the Judiciary functions to a halt. Repeatedly many other lower courts in various islands of the Country suffered the same fate. While Supreme Court was locked by the Military following Dictator Nasheed’s order, sometimes his MP’s; his party activists resort to such criminal acts. The President’s party MDP MP for the biggest and most heavily populated atoll Seen Atoll; Alhan Fahmy infamously locked the doors of the Judiciary building in his hometown.
Led by President and his party Chair Reeko Moosa Manik; s their supporters have attacked the Judiciary building in the Capital Male’ always unhappy and protesting against the Judges saying that they are refusing to follow President Nasheed’s order. They even put up their own Courts outside the Judiciary and kept on running their own version of the Judiciary over and over again. Nasheed already been the head of the Executive have full control over that separation of power. He took control over the media as soon as coming to power by making the Maldives National Broad Casting Corporation his very own propaganda machine with the employment of his very own family members and finding a new organisation called MNBC which many refer as Mohamed Nasheed Broadcasting Corporation. Similarly he changed his minority status in the newly elected Parliament to majority by buying MP’s in corruptive deals where he accepted bribery from foreign companies like GMR to buy the opposition MP’s and gifting them the country’s most valued assets like the national airport.
Lately becoming desperate to claim the only independent separation of power that is left before 2013 election, the Dictator has once again resorted to sending the Military to arrest his “threats” and this time to arrest and hold hostage Judges of the Judiciary. Judge Abdulla has been held in captivity held in solitary confinement in a Military base for over a week now, with Dictator Nasheed saying that this illegal arrest and trampling of basic Human Rights is legal because it will make the Judiciary more free, (free for him).
The whole country has been protesting for over a week now against the way he make hostages of his political opponents. Deputy Leader of Gaume Party (DQP) has been taken and released, taken and released 5 times in the last week alone. Similarly journalists were attacked by the President’s bodyguards and put fire to. It was only yesterday; when Dictator Nasheed found out that Former President has left for abroad to seek medical treatment for his wife, and that his younger Brother and MP Abdulla Yamin is about to leave to Sri Lanka to make aware of the international community of the current bout of political intimidations and persecutions carried out by the Military following President Nasheed’s order; he immediately stopped him and is summoning Yamin tonight.. Yamin the Leader of PA and currently in the newly found opposition party PPM; also a prominent opposition MP; with Gasim Ibrahim the founder of one of the main opposition parties JP were taken by the Military last year and held in solitary confinement for no reason at all other than to teach a lesson for criticising the President about how he gave the Maldives national airport to GMR illegally.
The continuous use of the Military, to arrest Judges of the Judiciary and the opposition leaders, the continuous attack on freedom of the Maldivian people, with the use of force to end protests violently with the use of gas, beating with baton and mass arrests define the Dictatorship of Nasheed.
He fooled not only his own people, but also the international community to come to power by claiming to be a victim. Within days of securing the power, he was heard saying in one of his Party summons that he will use his right arm, left arm to persecute, pester and punish the Maldivians that does not follow him and follow other political parties. He said that they will be shocked to see what evil, he is capable of. He was also heard saying that if the people realise what he will do to them they will be very scared. Such was his ruling style for the past 3 years. He also repeatedly said that he will attack, arrest and do whatever he likes and will go outside the Constitution if anyone dares to challenge him in any way or become a threat to him in anyway. He did as he threatened to do and is continuing to do so to trample on people’s freedom. At home his ruling style is compared with Hitler and many say his Dictatorship is worse than that of Hitler. Since he started as President everyday law abiding citizens get taken by the Military for no apparent reasons and end up burned to death, and many times victims’ bodies have been recovered floating in the sea including the discovery of the body of a prisoner floating in the sea last year.
Maldivians now live in fear. The country once referred as the paradise on Earth under Dictator Nasheed has become the Hell on Earth. We ask the International Criminal Court (ICC) to put an end to our suffering and once again make Maldives a liveable place for its people.

Time for Kerafaa Naseem to ask the International Community to provide his party with someone who can fulfil the responsibility of a PRESIDENT, and replace the Dictator who took control over all separation of powers except the Judiciary and now is trying to take control over the Judiciary too (before 2013) by locking the Judges up.

There is not even one honest born in the so called Foreign Minister Kerafaa Naseem, the current Dictator Kerafaa Nasheed’s very own uncle. We call on the international community to stop listening to the lies told these people and for once be on the Maldivian people’s side and help the Maldivian people get rid of these dictatorial thieves and free us from their assault on our freedom, liberty the right to live a dignified life.
Judge Abdulla has been taken by the Maldives Military on the orders of Dictator Nasheed and this man Naseem his uncle is saying it is ok to hold a Judge in Solitary Confinement in order for them to sort out the Judiciary in a way that will give them full control over it. This demented insanely biased man is shamelessly giving interviews saying that holding a Judge behind bars is legal.
To protect their power these people are as hell-bent as yesterday in hoodwinking fooling the international community. They get the Military to steal kidnap Judges of the Judiciary in the middle of the night and hold them hostage in Military bases for weeks, then go on to say to the media that they have done nothing wrong in abusing the Human Rights of that Particular Judge because he has been bad to them, not favouring them enough. The he goes on to say he needs help from the international community. Well the only help he needs from the international community as far as the Maldivian people are concerned is help in replacing Dictator Nasheed.
Dictator Nasheed claimed the Executive as the President which is fine as it is a power that rests with him as the Head of the Government. However the man in a hurry claimed the Parliament, buying every MP he could from the opposition to secure a majority. GMR that helped him to buy those MP’s like supplying him with 2.8 million dollars to buy the famous opposition MP Ali Waheed were gifted with the country’s main airport, the nation’s biggest asset; Male’ International Airport.
Dictator Nasheed also secured the Media usually referred a the fourth Pillar of democracy or the 4th separation of power by changing the National Broadcasting Corporation NBC to his own his very own Mohamed Nasheed Broadcasting Corporation MNBC making it his very own propaganda machine. Then the final separation of power Judiciary became his next target. Somehow he needs to control it before 2013, so that he can illegally declare himself the President in 2013 as he knows very well that whatever he tries he is going to lose the election and needs the Judiciary to claim power. To take control over the Judiciary he has taken the law into his hands by sending the Military to kidnap Judges and hold them hostage without access to a lawyer, or a trial.
Not to mention the Military’s daily intake of Political Prisoners to suppress freedom; Judge Abdulla Mohamed has been held hostage in a Military base for over a week now and now Dictator Nasheed’s uncle Foreign Minister Naseem is saying that it is fine for his nephew to order the Military to kidnap Judges and hold them in captivity. We are talking about the Judges of the country. Even criminals cannot be held in this degrading manner. But this demented old man is saying it is ok for his nephew President to take whoever he like and hold them hostage.
Now shamelessly he goes on one step further by saying that he needs help from the international community to sort out the Judiciary. What he is asking in reality is he and his nephew needs the international community to help them take full control over the Judiciary, the way they helped them to take control over Maldives in 2008.
The International comma acted like fools and helped them to take control of the country then. The way these MDP thugs took control of all the separation of powers resorting to serious acts of corruption in the process is not only an embarrassment to the international community, but it seriously compromised the integrity of the international community.
The Judiciary remains free regardless of such attempts to take control of the Judiciary by Mohamed Nasheed. We asking the international community not to become fools all over again and rush to complete this final remaining act of corruption on behalf of these drug addicts’ porn stars that are ruling the country in the name of a Political party called MDP. If you join hands with this corrupt degraded group you will lose the little bit of respect we have for you.
We appeal to you not to listen to these corrupt dictatorial thieves and for once listen to the Maldivian people, and supply an interim President instead of this mad addict bipolar Dictator and save us from these dictatorial thieves.

Enough is enough. Hassan Latheef and the MDP hooligans cannot deny that they are paying David Hardingham from our state coffers; a monthly salary for no reason whatsoever. He does nothing in his honorary politically appointed role. The way the Queen of England and the Royal family are paid from the state funds, this man has been made the king of Maldives because he is paid from our state funds, which can only be classified as corruption of the most serious sort, because he is not our king. He is nobody.
Hassan Latheef if you dare please deny that the MDP and Nasheed’s government are paying rent to an office they opened for Hardingham in his hometown of Salisbury despite of having an official Maldives High Commission in an expensive suburb in the Capital of England London, with millions paid in salaries to the staff and the building.

Why di Nasheed employ Hardingham? This man Hardingham confessed to over 20 Maldivians that his propaganda machine set up to get Nasheed to power, then called Friends of Maldives did import Christian books to the Maldives passing it as Tsunami Aid.
Do you have any explanation, Dictator Nasheed, Hassan Latheef to this Wikipedia entry about Hardingham? Why is this man having such a strong political presence in the middle of the Maldives government, our government elected by the people for the people, not for Mohamed Nasheed and his best friend! Then it goes on to name his School as the same as the school attended by Mohamed Nasheed as a child during the time he lived in the UK. It goes on to say, Hardingham was born in South Africa, where his early studies were in Hilton College. The family later moved to the UK in 1982, where Hardingham continued his education at Dauntsey’s School, an independent co-educational boarding school in Wiltshire, UK.”
It also goes on to say, “He was founder of the human rights activist organisation Friends of Maldives (FOM).
